Carolina works across strategy and design to articulate the overall vision, which usually means translating the future of technology into something anyone can understand and use. She currently leads the UX/DX workstream at JPMorgan’s Data & Analytics organization, driving AI adoption and designing user-centered experiences for firmwide data use and governance. Previously, she was the head of user interface product at J.P. Morgan Fusion, collaborating with design and engineering to deliver cloud-native data solutions for institutional investors, providing end-to-end data management, analytics, and reporting across the investment lifecycle.
Prior to joining J.P. Morgan Fusion, she was the global head of Client Experience at Virtu Financial, part of one the largest UX teams at J.P. Morgan Markets, consulted for UBS on one of the earliest multi-asset investment banking platforms and worked in a number of industries creating differentiated B2B and B2C experiences. 
A passionate self-quantifier and data visualizer, Carolina has been featured in numerous publications and her work has been exhibited at the Adobe Museum of Digital Media. She graduated from the Central Saint Martins College of Arts in London and holds a BA in Graphic Design.
